Terms of service

The service
Miyara provides software to run a brand's corporate gifting and wholesale channel. It is software on the brand's existing operations. Miyara is not a marketplace and takes no cut of a brand's orders.
Your data is yours
A brand owns its catalog, deals, buyers, and documents. Miyara holds a limited license only to operate the service for that brand.
Money
Miyara prepares commercial documents and connects payment providers. Miyara never holds or moves a brand's money. Payment runs through the brand's own connected provider.
Acceptable use
Do not use Miyara to send unlawful outreach or to misrepresent a brand. The single-purpose links are for the named recipient only.
