Privacy policy
This is a plain-language summary of how Miyara handles data while it is pre-launch. The full policy is finalized before general availability.

What we collect
Account details for the brand operator, the brand's catalog and pricing, the deals and documents created in Miyara, and the connected email needed to thread buyer conversations to a deal.
How we use it
Only to run the brand's gifting and wholesale channel: understand the brand, qualify inbound and outbound buyers, and draft replies for the operator to send. We do not sell data.
Buyer data
Inquiry and buyer contact details belong to the brand. Miyara processes them on the brand's behalf and never repurposes them across brands.
Subprocessors
AWS for hosting, and the payment and email providers a brand connects. A current list is available on request.
Your rights
A brand can export or delete its workspace data. Requests go to talha@miyara.app.
