Miyara runs a consumer brand's bulk-orders channel. This page is the honest version: why we're building it and where we are.
Every consumer brand gets bulk orders. A company gifting its people, a team outfitting its roster, a boutique stocking its shelves. The biggest accounts get a named owner and a process. The rest belong to nobody: a shared inbox, a spreadsheet, whoever has a spare hour.
Nobody is bad at their job. This is deal-shaped work running on tools built for carts.
A buyer asks about lead times. The email sits for days. The order goes to whoever answered first.
The team works sequenced leads that were never going to order, while the buyer already carrying brands like yours goes unnoticed.
A quote is due Friday. It needs pricing, a finance check, and a freight number, and it's waiting on all three.
Sequencing more leads does not solve the hard part. A stale database with a CRM around it still leaves your team to qualify the buyer, work the conversation, and move the order. Miyara does the opposite: fewer buyers, each checked live, with the deal carried through to delivery.
Finding buyers: no database. Every lead is checked live, with a verified email and proof they buy in bulk. Before any cold email, Miyara looks for a warm intro in your own network.
Closing them: every order step gets an owner and a deadline, from the quote to proof of delivery, through your own finance, ops, and logistics. Every send is human-approved. Miyara never holds your money or your freight. The longer argument is on the bulk-orders channel.

We describe current security practices plainly and do not claim certifications we have not earned. SOC 2 Type II certification has not yet been completed. Our security page is written the same way.
If this channel sounds like yours, we'd like to learn how your team works and show you how Miyara can support it.
Miyara checks each buyer live and carries each deal through your own team.
